When and How Often Do You Process Withdrawals?

Withdrawals are processed after 11am AEDT Monday- Friday excluding Weekends/Public Holidays. Withdrawals received by 11am AEDT will be processed on the same day. The funds generally reach your account on the same day but can take up to 24-48 hours depending on your bank.

Can I Cancel My Bet?

Clients are unable to change or cancel a bet once the bet has been accepted.

How Do I Deposit Funds Into My JustBet Account?

How Do I Re-Open My JustBet Customer Account?

Why Was My Withdrawal Request Declined?

Please refer to our rules page for full terms and conditions. You must turn over your deposit twice at odds of $1.80 before any withdrawals can be processed. How Do I Verify My JustBet Account?

How Do I Close my Justbet Account?

Go to the My Account Section whilst you are logged in to our site.  Select the "Responsible Gambling" tab, then the "Deactivate Account" tab.  Ensure you have read and understood the section, and then tick the confirmation checkbox.  You will then be prompted to enter your account password before clicking the "Deactivate Account" button. Your account will then be closed and you will be logged out.
